Philip Roth Society

Philip Roth Society

Founded in 2002, The Philip Roth Society is a group devoted to the study and appreciation of Roth’s literary works and legacy. Philip Roth Society is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Missouri for educational purposes. The Society sponsors Philip Roth Studies, a peer-reviewed semiannual journal published by Purdue University Press. As member of the American Literature Association, the Society organizes panels at the ALA’s annual conference; we also sponsor panels at other national conferences. The Society also holds bi-annual events, the most recent being the “Roth Remembered” conference, which was held at the Goldsten-Goren Center for American Jewish History at New York University and the Center for Jewish History in Manhattan.
